Third time we've had to call them and every time they come out same day. Today it was a bad water heater. The fit us in for a visit and new water heater was up and running by 3:30p. Great guys.
I had part of a pipe burst around 9:30am, and a friend of mine told me to call Perry Plumbing. By noon, it was fixed! So thankful Dale was able to come out on such short notice and fix it. Very impressed with him, and the company!
I've used Perry plumbing in the past and was pleased with older gentleman's work and service. Needed another repair so called again hoping for same professional service. A couple younger crew members came out and said they didn't have parts to fix and left. I called twice to see if there was an alternative method. No response or call back.
We have used Perry Plumbing several times. I highly recommend these folks, fair price, good work, nice people.
Used them for commercial use for years with great results and friendly staff, so when we moved to the area they are the only call we make for our home.

I'm hoping I caught them on a bad week because all I received was VERY poor service (and I didn't even have work done). It started with a voice message asking for a quote that went unanswered for a week. I decided to call them back and spoke with a receptionist who scheduled an appointment for the following week. She quoted a time window and stated the plumber would likely be there closer to the beginning of the window. I had asked if the plumber could call me on his way as I worked nights and wanted to make sure that I was awake in time for their arrival. She assured me this would happen. Well the quoted time window came and went. I called the office a half hour after the quoted time and left a message stating no one had been to my house yet or called to state that they were running late. I believe someone showed up an hour and a half AFTER the quoted time window without calling...although I can't say for sure since I had gone back to bed at that point and didn't answer the door. I have yet to receive a call back regarding my message about the plumber not showing up on time. Needless to say I will not be trying to schedule another appointment with Perry Plumbing! Very unprofessional in my opinion.
